These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the HuntRole website and related matching services (the “Services”).

By visiting the site, submitting a form, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

HuntRole (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates a human-verified network that introduces experienced developers to verified startup hiring needs.

HuntRole is an introduction and matching service. We are not an employer, staffing agency of record, or a party to any employment, contractor, or consulting agreement that may result from an introduction.

The Services are intended for professionals and businesses. You must be at least 16 years old to use the site.

If you use the Services on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

We may review developer profiles, hiring requests, and related information to assess fit, verify urgency, and make introductions at our discretion.

We do not guarantee that any submission will be accepted, that a match will be made, that an interview will occur, or that a role will be filled.

Roles, hiring timelines, and partner needs can change. Information on the site is provided for general orientation and may not reflect every live opportunity.

If you apply as a developer, you agree to provide accurate information about your identity, experience, and availability.

Submitting a profile does not create an employment relationship with HuntRole or with any hiring partner.

We may decline, pause, or remove a profile from consideration if information is incomplete, misleading, or inconsistent with our quality standards.

If you submit a hiring request, you agree that the role is a genuine need and that the information you provide is accurate.

You are solely responsible for your hiring decisions, interviews, offers, compensation, onboarding, and any agreement you enter into with a candidate.

You will not use candidate information obtained through HuntRole for purposes unrelated to evaluating or hiring for the stated role.

You may receive emails or other messages related to your inquiry, including follow-ups from HuntRole. You can ask us to stop non-essential communications at any time.

You are responsible for the content of messages you send through or in connection with the Services.

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by submitting false information, scraping the site, interfering with security or operations, or using introductions for spam, harassment, or unrelated solicitation.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

The site design, branding, text, and other content are owned by HuntRole or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, scrape, or reuse site content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent, except as allowed by law.

How we collect and use personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you also acknowledge that policy.

The site may reference startups, tools, or other third parties. We are not responsible for third-party websites, practices, or agreements.

Any relationship between a developer and a hiring partner is solely between those parties.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that introductions will lead to any particular outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HuntRole will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or hiring outcomes.

Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of one hundred US dollars (US $100) or the amount you paid us, if any, in the three months before the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision.

Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
